What you get to do in this role:
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality demo solutions on the DemoHub platform that enable Solution Consultants to effectively showcase product value to customers.
- Develop scalable, reusable utilities, tools, and accelerators that automate demo setup, configuration, and maintenance across DemoHub environments.
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned features and demos—from design and implementation to testing, documentation, and release—ensuring reliability and ease of use.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Consulting, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into impactful demo experiences and PoC/PoV solutions.
- Apply and enforce engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, performance optimization, and secure development standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and demo builders, promoting knowledge sharing, platform best practices, and consistent demo quality across the team.
- Continuously innovate and experiment with new ServiceNow capabilities, driving improvements in demo quality, delivery speed, and overall DemoHub platform maturity.
To be successful in this role you have:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform administration, development, and scripting
- Proven proficiency in client-side and server-side scripting, including third-party integrations on the platform
- Demonstrated experience working with Flow Designer, Service Portal, Performance Analytics, UI Builder, Virtual Agent, Now Assist and Agentic Workflows
- Solid development foundation in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to deliver PoC/PoV solutions showcasing business value
- Excellent documentation, communication, and articulation skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize effectively and maintain focus on high-impact deliverables in close partnership with Solution Consulting, OPM, Engineering, and Product Management
- A proactive mindset to innovate and develop re-usable tools, utilities, and accelerators that enhance demo and solution delivery
- A strong learning mindset, high adaptability, and a positive team-oriented approach
- A track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Passion for research, technology experimentation, and continuous improvement
