[CA] During the initial interview with HR, I was asked my salary expectation and said 60k. After the second round interview with hiring manager, I realize the scope of the position is far greater, more complex and demanding than the role I thought it'd be. Can I change my salary expectation now?
During 1st interview with HR, I said 60k when asked. During 2nd interview with hiring manager, I learned more concrete details about the role beyond the job description. I realized 60k was actually a lowball and 70k is more appropriate for the level of work. Can I ask for a higher salary? And if so, at what time? Would the correct timing be *after* I get an offer letter? Like if the offer letter says 60k, then I can counter with 70k?
