本ポジションの方は、会社の業績や市場機会に関する主要指標を分析し、営業、営業サポート組織のための戦略テーマを設定し、シニアリーダーへの提言・プレゼンテーションを行う責任を持ちます。組織設計、事業計画、市場セグメンテーション・カバレッジ最適化、営業業績評価などのプロジェクトに関わりますが、特にインダストリー、製品戦略に関連するプロジェクトにも関わります。
精緻な分析モデル、業績分析、各種ダッシュボード、社内幹部向けプレゼンテーション資料などが求められる成果物です。拡張・反復可能な分析や革新的な分析、数字に裏付けられる考察・提言を行う意欲とスキル、コミュニケーション力が求められます。シニアエグゼクティブ層と定期的に議論の場を持ちます。

業務内容

• 中長期的な投資領域決定をサポートする分析の提供、そのために必要なモデルの設計・構築

• シニアエグゼクティブ向けプレゼンテーションの作成・実施

• 幹部の意思決定をサポートする日常的なビジネスパフォーマンス分析

• 拡張可能なレポート・ツールによる分析モデルの設計・構築

• 営業組織や関連部門との定期的な情報共有と改善活動

• 市場の理解、および革新的な顧客獲得施策の考案のための定性的および定量的なデータ分析、社内外へのリサーチ

• Go-To-Marketモデルの最適化に必要な分析モデルの設計

• 最適な営業テリトリー、目標の設計・導入

• 社内関係者や社外協力会社（マーケティング専門会社、データベンダー、パートナー）と協業の下での複数のプロジェクト・施策の管理・運営

• 米国本社や国外関係会社との情報交換および折衝

必須要件

• Large Enterprise Company 法人営業部門またはIT Tech企業の戦略策定及び企画業務を3年以上

• 分析モデリングや表計算スキルに長けていること、データベース分析の経験

• 具体的な行動につながる分析・提言ができる、実行可能で現実的な施策をデザインできる

• 自発的に行動できる、求められるタスク以上の成果を目指す意欲がある

• プロジェクト管理の経験

• ベンチャー企業のスピード感を持ち、目標に向けて周囲を巻き込みながら協働できる

• 流暢レベルの日本語と英語(TOEIC800以上相当)でコミュニケーションがとれる

望ましいスキルと経験

• 大学学位、工学・情報科学・経済学などの統計や分析を要する専攻もしくはそれに相当する業務経験

• コンサルティングファームや事業会社の企画部門における業務経験

• 新入社員、経験の浅いメンバーに対して分析、レポート作成のイネーブルメント/トレーニング実施経験

• Salesforce、Tableau CRM、Tableauを活用して分析した経験

• SQLを用いたデータ抽出やデータ整形、ビッグデータ分析の業務経験
