ETAP is looking for a Sales Engineer, located in Brussels, Belgium or in Maastricht, Netherlands, to accelerate our growth and help industrial, engineering, and process customers unlock the full value of our digital engineering and data platform.
In this role, you will drive new business, expand existing accounts, and position ETAP as the leading solution for unified digital twin and engineering data management.
You will play a key role in strengthening ETAP’s presence in the region while delivering high‑value, technology‑driven solutions that support our customers’ digital transformation.
Key responsibilities Identify and acquire new customers who are not yet using ETAP solutions Drive new‑logo growth and expand ETAP’s market presence Develop and grow existing accounts through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities Build strong, long‑term customer relationships at all levels Create and execute detailed account plans (prospecting → qualification → closing) Meet revenue targets and maintain accurate sales forecasting Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical experts, product, marketing) Deliver high‑impact, value‑driven sales presentations tailored to customer needs Position ETAP solutions effectively using strong industry insights Proactively address customer issues and ensure high satisfaction Manage your pipeline in Salesforce using the MEDDPICC methodology Stay up to date on ETAP products, industry trends, and competitive offerings Participate in continuous learning and product/sales training Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales or proven track record in direct B2B sales Fluent in French and English.
Dutch is a plus Bachelor or Master degree in engineering and electricity is a must have
Experience: selling SaaS or DaaS solutions is a plus Strong business development background focused on new‑customer acquisition Demonstrated ability to close complex software or technology deals Familiarity with Salesforce and MEDDPICC Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Knowledge of IT/OT applications within process or automation industries Driving licence holder.
Regular travel within the Be NeLux region is required, with occasional international travel Let us learn about you!
