You will act as the primary point of contact for export compliance within the entity, driving risk mitigation, process implementation, and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with export control laws, regulations, and Schneider Electric policies; identify and correct gaps. Develop and implement processes and controls aligned with Schneider Electric’s Export Control Program; run and report on export control activities. Serve as the primary contact for export control issues, including conducting 4W reviews, due diligence, and managing regional escalations. Manufacturing/Adaptation: Determine ECCN/ECN, country of origin, US De Minimis; check EU/US nexus; verify 4W due diligence. Distribution Center: Verify 4W due diligence; request export licenses if needed. Repair Center: Assess if repairs change classification, origin, ECN, or US nexus; escalate to ECN Lead if required. Procurement: Add EC clauses; ensure EC due diligence; request supplier details on origin, ECCN/ECN, US nexus, and De Minimis. What qualifications will make you successful?
