Job Description We are looking for a Sales Representative for the Building segment to drive growth of Schneider Electric solutions within commercial and industrial building projects. You will work with investors, design offices, contractors, and system integrators to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and support project execution across our full portfolio of products, software, and services. Key Responsibilities Engage with investors and business developers in the buildings (hotels, shopping centers and office space) sector to promote Schneider Electric solutions. Build and maintain relationships with design offices, contractors, and system integrators. Identify, qualify, and target hotel, office and retail projects, working closely with sales and project teams. Develop and manage action plans for key customers and partners. Maintain an accurate customer database and monitor market and competitor activities. Recommend optimal product and solution combinations to meet customer needs. Negotiate pricing, value-added services, and commercial conditions while ensuring profitability. Support Schneider Electric’s positioning as a global leader in energy efficiency on the local market. Qualifications University degree in a technical field. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar or related roles. Fluency in English Strong communication and presentation skills. Teamoriented, responsible, and proactive. Demonstrates Schneider Electric values: entrepreneurial mindset, continuous learning, respect for diversity, customerfirst approach, and openness to change.
