Job Description: Location: Veghel (NL) / Brussels (BE)

Are you an organized multi-tasker who thrives on operational excellence and wants to develop your commercial skills and knowledge? At Royal Canin, you won’t just get a peek behind the scenes of our largest customers; you’ll be the one keeping the engine running.

The Role

As Sales Support, you are the vital link within our Be NeLux Sales team. This is not just an administrative role. It is a dynamic, operational position where you directly impact the commercial success of our major Pet Specialty Retailers. You will be the right-hand partner to our Key Account Managers and the primary point of contact for both internal departments and our key clients.

Key Responsibilities

Your focus will be built on three pillars: Service, Structure, and Insight.

  • Commercial Engine:

You manage price lists, contracts, and customer master data with absolute precision. You ensure everything in our systems (CRM, Promotools) is accurate down to the last decimal.

  • Analytical Insight:

You dive into the data. You prepare KPI reports and translate raw numbers into actionable insights that Key Account Managers can use immediately.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management:

Questions about deliveries, invoices, or listings? You are the go-to person for the customer, coordinating swiftly with Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service.

  • Continuous Improvement:

You identify where processes can be more efficient and take the lead in elevating automation or digital sales tools to the next level.

Why this is your next big step

This is the perfect place to discover how the world of Key Account Management truly operates. You will be involved in strategic reviews, co-manage trade spends with the Retail Director, and gain significant exposure within a global organization. Whether your ambition lies in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Analytics, this role provides the foundation to build your future career.

Who are you?

You are a 'doer' with a sharp eye for detail, but you never lose sight of the bigger picture. You are service-oriented—both toward your team and the customer—and you stay composed even when the agenda is full.

  • Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing).

  • Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar commercial, operational, or analytical role.

  • Skills:

Excel and PowerBI hold few secrets for you. You are a pro at planning and setting priorities.

  • Languages:

Business fluency in English and Dutch. Proficiency in French is a strong advantage for our Be NeLux collaboration.

What we offer

Working at Mars/Royal Canin means working in an entrepreneurial culture based on our Five Principles. Alongside a competitive benefits package, we offer an environment where your personal development is a priority and where there are endless opportunities for your further career growth.

Ready to create a better world for pets (and our customers)? Apply now and show us why you are the driving force our Sales team needs!
