As a Services Planner, you will contribute directly to delivering high ‑ quality services to our customers and ensuring operational excellence across our Service business. Your role will be essential in driving smooth coordination, accurate order handling and an efficient end ‑ to ‑ end service process.

You will work closely with Sales, Tendering, Logistics and our Services teams, helping ensure that customers receive the best experience - every time.

What will you do

  • Ensure accurate and timely management of service orders in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Coordinate daily with internal teams to secure a seamless information flow and proper scheduling.
  • Support the planning of service interventions and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Communicate proactively with customers to confirm scheduling details and follow up on ongoing activities.
  • Monitor the progress of service operations and ensure compliance with internal standards and processes.
  • Identify risks, delays or process gaps and escalate where needed.
  • Maintain high ‑ quality data in CRM/ERP and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

We're looking for a colleague who is collaborative, organized and passionate about delivering a great experience to both customers and internal partners. Our next colleague will bring:

  • A university degree; a technical background (electrical/power/electronics/automatic control/robotics) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong eye for detail.
  • Native Romanian language skills (spoken and written).
  • Good level of English.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with CRM/ERP tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in order management, planning or coordination roles (nice to have).
