What will you do?
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end‑to‑end supply chain, including planning, logistics, inventory, and supplier management. The role ensures material availability, cost efficiency, operational excellence, and alignment with business objectives.

  • Responsible to define and update the supply and stock management parameters

  • Ensures products availabilities by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies in line with company goals

  • Lead and develop the supply chain team

  • Build strong cross‑functional relationships with Sales, Finance, Production, Quality and all related functions

  • Lead demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization

  • Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance service level and cost

  • Oversee material flow from suppliers to production

  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to avoid disruptions

  • Track supply chain KPIs and provide regular performance reports

  • Support digital transformation and automation projects.

  • What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • University degree

  • Industrial management, Economics Sciences

  • Proficiency in English

  • Seniority - minimum 5 year experience in industry

  • Manufacturing supply chain and Manufacturing strategy

  • Decision making, quickness of mind, initiative, problem solving, emotional stability, multiple conflicting priorities management, ability to build in uncertain environment and solid network building

  • Knowing SPS and LM principles.
