Description:

• External- Responsible for SSIC/AP Px and others category procurement management.
• Manage transfer in/transfer out projects for the related category.
• Supplier relationship management for suppliers in own plant, take procurement engineer& supplier leader role when suppliers are across plants.
• Develop and execute procurement strategy and plans.
• Ensure supplier performance(SDPM/SOTD/Productivity etc).
• Participate in cross-functional team in the selection of suppliers to support operation strategy.
• Work with internal teams to deal with highlight supplier issues, like delivery, quality issues, etc.
• Evaluate suppliers' productivity, capacity, quality and supplier risk.
• Negotiate competitive commercial terms for material, fixed assets contracts.
• Develop and maintain systems to support procurement information needs.
• Support for plants need and QVE activities.
• Other transversal project assigned by Line manager.

资格

Qualifications:

• External
• 6 year+ Procurement experience(industry background prefered), Engineering/SCM background was preferred.
• Good communication capability and strong leadership potential, team work, open mind, activity and positive.
• Good PPT and Excel capability (reporting)
• Good project management skills
• Tableau/RPA is preferred.
