Have a Roadmap of Digital capabilities which needs to be executed People Competency Development

Create and anaimate the IO Planning competencies

Create a leading edge Planning Capability program to upgrade the overall level of the Planning Community" Min 10 years experience in Operational and Planning functions + Digitization + Analytics + Kinaxis Need a global view with the ability to undertsand and deploy corporate strategy for their scope / process Strong ability to influence and convince stakeholders.
