You will join the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team and work closely with country HRBPs to support people-related initiatives across the organization.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, and learning activities in a dynamic business environment.

Working Days: 3-4 days per week Contract Period: 6-12 months What you will do:

  • Culture & Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement, culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and activities to enhance employee experience and wellbeing.

  • Learning & Development: Assist in coordinating learning and development programs, including training logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, and follow-up activities.

  • Support tracking and reporting of the annual training budget under HRBP guidance.

  • HR Project Support: Provide support for HR projects by assisting with planning, coordination, and execution of ad-hoc and ongoing HR initiatives.

  • HR Data & Administrative Support: Assist with HR data management, reporting, and documentation to ensure data accuracy.

Support HR administrative tasks such as meeting and training scheduling, team activity coordination, and expense processing.
