We are looking for a Payroll Specialist who is highly motivated individual and can function in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment to be part of our APAC Payroll Team.
What you’ll be doing:

Coordination with global and international Payroll and HR teams for taxation and payroll processing
-
Month end closing for payroll related accounts
-
Monthly payroll processing, including monthly payroll report, payroll disbursement and payroll tax filing
-
Annual filing including annual return, withholding tax and shared-based compensation
-
Assisting statutory audit, internal audit, and tax compliance
-
Collecting and reconciling data for project requirements
-
Ad-hoc assignments
What we need to see:
-
A bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting related fields.
-
5+ years of total working experience, including 3+ years specializing in payroll.

Shown experience in industry accounting and payroll functions across APAC locations
-
Strong collaboration skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-
Proficient speaking and writing ability in English and Mandarin
-
Familiar with Office and Outlook software
-
Exceptional attention to deal with a high standard for accuracy in numbers
-
The ability to work independently and proactively stay updated on new payroll regulation and rulings
Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in CPA firms
-
Strong ability to drive continuous improvement of processes.

Confident, self-motivated, and energetic individual with the highest degree of ethics.

Used to working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment with multiple priorities.
