Position : Deputy Manager Transformer Production Location : Vadodara Education :
Min Qualification : Bachelor in Electrical Engg

Experience : 4+ years of relevant experience in oil type transformer manufacturing, having detailed knowledge & understanding of transformer manufacturing process upto 100 MVA / 132 KV.

Exposure : Key Responsibilities of the role

• Ensuring 100% compliance to safety, quality & HR policies in the shift while supervising the Operators to get the targeted output.
• Supervising and managing team of Operators on the production line, ensuring maximum output in the shift.
• Plan and coordinate with other stakeholders on daily basis to ensure availability of resources (material, manpower etc) in the shift.
• Shall be able to read and understand the engineering drawings of sub-assemblies,
• Candidate shall be able to lead production meetings with other stakeholders,
• Shall be able to do day-to-day trouble shooting in production area,
• Basic understanding of Quality Fundamentals like root cause analysis, quality checks & stage inspection requirements,

• Positive mindset with go-getter approach,
• shall have ability to manage work pressure / high demanding situations on shop floor,
• Ready to work in shifts,
• Languages Fluency desired : Gujarati, Hindi & English
