You will lead the management of high‑potential leads from tradeshows, technical workshops, and marketing initiatives, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to qualify key opportunities and convert them into significant sales wins.

What You Will Do Focus on qualifying leads and building strong relationships with potential customers: Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to uncover new Industrial Automation business across the US.
Manage inbound customer calls and emails, fostering new accounts from diverse lead sources.
Drive cross‑selling initiatives across multiple Lines of Business to expand business opportunities.
Transfer new product sales opportunities to specialized Account Managers or Inside Sales for successful closing.
Quote and close deals for standard Industrial Automation offerings, taking direct ownership of the sales process.
Collaborate with Industrial Automation and product teams to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
Analyze and qualify opportunities within the CRM to ensure data‑driven sales efficiency.
Conduct consistent outbound calls to support current accounts and identify new growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate and detailed customer history records in the CRM.
Provide timely, high‑quality responses to all customer requests.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: Desired 2 years in Inside Sales, Field Sales, Customer Care, or related commercial roles.
