At Schneider Electric, we're leading the digital transformation of energy management and automation. As demand for data center capacity accelerates worldwide, our Modular Data Center (MDC) business is scaling rapidly to meet customer expectations for speed, configurability, and performance.

Join Schneider Electric and help scale the next generation of Modular Data Centers. We're looking for a Regional Downstream Planning Leader to own the end‑to‑end planning ecosystem that drives capacity, speed, and delivery performance for our configurable MDC solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead regional Master Production Planning for MDC orders and project portfolios.
  • Present risks, scenarios, and recommendations in SIOP Executive Reviews.
  • Analyze regional loading/mix to identify bottlenecks and drive actions such as overtime, outsourcing, capacity shifts, or supplier alternatives.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Program Management, and Finance.
  • Ensure engineering readiness (BOMs, configurations) aligns with supply chain needs.
  • Use digital planning tools (Kinaxis, Symmetry, SE Advantage) to track KPIs: OTD, lead time, forecast accuracy, supplier delivery, capacity utilization, inventory turns.

What Makes You Successful?
Required:

  • Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years in supply chain, operations planning, or SIOP leadership.
  • Experience with long‑lead, complex, engineered‑to‑order environments.
  • Strong ERP/MRP and analytics capabilities.
  • Executive‑level communication and ability to influence across teams.

Preferred:

  • Background in data centers, modular manufacturing, power systems, or industrial equipment.

  • APICS CPIM/CSCP certification.

  • Experience in supplier capacity planning, configurator tools, or engineering change processes.

  • Master's degree (MBA, Engineering, Supply Chain).
