This role is responsible for analyzing, validating, and resolving deduction-related disputes to ensure accurate financial reporting and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and validate customer deductions to determine root cause and appropriate resolution.

Accurately classify deductions (e.g., rebates, pricing errors, shortages, returns).

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to resolve disputes.

Maintain clear documentation and audit trails for all deduction cases.

Ensure timely resolution of open deductions to support healthy cash flow.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Core Competencies: Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.

Languages:

• Native Spanish.
• Intermediate to advanced English (reading, writing, speaking).
