• Kalypso

Kalypso is looking for a Project Controller in Mexico to help its Operations Team with internal work. You may contribute to a variety of projects.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will collect and manage master versions of Proposals, SOWs, PIWs, MSAs, POs, and any other project documentation. Understand basic corporate and commercial legal framework of these documents.
• You will run weekly reports detailing the status of each project, including actual billings and expenses vs planned budget.
• You will conduct analytical review of project reports; evaluate projects' status and supply partners with forecast and correction measures.
• You will manage invoices of varying complexity through SAP structure.
• You will collections and unbilled receivables management across multiple countries and regions.
• You will timesheet and expense approvals.
• You will monitor and report on budget deviations in multiple currencies.
• You will report requirements for assigned practice.
• You will work with finance team and other project controllers for project updates and process improvements.
• You will monitor and update CRM opportunities.
• You will contribute to the development of project deliverables.
• You will coordinate work activities across Kalypso.
• You will forecast executives' budgets and bookings on engagements.

The Essentials

You Will Have:

• BA, BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Math, or Business Economics (relevant major expected).
• MS, MA degree or experience related to Auditing, Controlling, Business Administration, International Business, or Taxation.
• Good academic performance: minimum 87.5/100 GPA preferred.

The Preferred

You Might Also Have:

• We prefer 1+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with an understanding of VAT (Value-Added Tax) across and between multiple countries.
• Experience with MS PowerBI and data modelling tools.
• English language: excellent written, verbal.
