Position: Deputy Manager

• NPI

Qualifications: B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)

Experience: 3 - 5 yrs

Location: Ahmednagar

Key responsibilities:

• Assembly Engineering in New Product Development.
• End to end experience of Product development cycle preferably in Switchgear industry.
• Line Establishment of New Products, Yield Improvement, Problem Resolution online, Cost analysis and cost control of products.
• Support to Production lines for smooth production completion
• System compliance & documentation like SOP, SAP Activities, PL (Process Layout) , BOM (Bill of Material) etc
• Process and product analysis.
• DFA/PFMEA knowledge, MOST analysis
• Fixture Development

Functional Competencies

• Technical competency in Industrialization of New Products.
• Good Process knowledge in Assembly area like joining processes, POKAYOKE, Testing of Products, SPC, Problem Solving etc.

Behavioural Competencies

• Good Team Player
• Hardworking
• Learning Attitude
• Good Communication skill
