As a Product Marketing Manager for Schneider Electric’s Digital Power business, you’ll translate innovation into impact.

You’ll be the voice of the customer inside the organization and the champion of our products out in the world.

From crafting bold positioning to driving flawless launches, you’ll connect strategy, storytelling, and execution to fuel growth across our digital power portfolio.

This is a high-visibility role perfect for a mid-career product marketer with 4–8 years of a combination of content or product marketing experience, strong cross-functional instincts, and a passion for sustainable and intelligent energy solutions.

What You’ll Do Be the knowledge engine behind our Digital Power offerings: Build and own marketing plans that drive awareness, adoption, and growth across digital power products, offers and solutions.

Lead product launches end-to-end—prioritizing activities, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring every detail lands with precision and impact.

Turn market insight into competitive advantage: Conduct deep market, customer, and competitive research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Translate complex technical capabilities into crisp, differentiated value propositions that resonate with target audiences.

Bridge product innovation and customer needs: Partner closely with product, offer and launch management on features, positioning, customer insights, and roadmap validation.

Support our go-to-market engine: Develop compelling messaging, content, and plans that bring our digital power solutions to life.

Equip sales with training, playbooks, and enablement tools that accelerate customer conversations and deal velocity.

Identify opportunities for partnerships, ecosystem enablement, or co-marketing efforts that amplify visibility.

Measure, iterate, and scale: Track and analyze performance across launches, campaigns, and product adoption.

Use data and customer feedback to refine strategies, improve experiences, and inform future decisions.

What You Bring 4–8 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, marketing communications or similar roles.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field.

Strong grasp of marketing fundamentals—segmentation, positioning, lifecycle marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a storytelling mindset.

Ability to translate technical language into compelling customer benefits and narratives.

Experience: collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

Proficiency with market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight tools.

Analytical thinker comfortable with data, dashboards, metrics, and performance optimization.

Highly organized, hands-on, and adaptable—thriving in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Customer-obsessed and motivated by creating tangible, measurable value.
