Responsibilities

Team Introduction

The Tik Tok App Ads and Gaming global team is part of the Tik Tok Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building advertising products for app and gaming clients on Tik Tok. Our vision is to make Tik Tok the leading platform for app and gaming marketers to acquire, retain and monetize users by building products that support unique vertical needs, new monetization models and different stages of the app lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Based on a strong knowledge of trends in the mobile marketing industry particularly in Mobile Gaming and App Service, affect the strategy/direction of product solutions
  • Partner with Sales leadership, Business Marketing, Global and Regional Product Marketing Managers to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies for mobile app ads adoption and growth
  • Collaborate with our gaming product and solutions team to build customer-centric solutions for our mobile gaming advertisers globally
  • Partner with cross functional teams and regional product marketing teams to develop programs through the lens of clients, ultimately driving business outcomes for our clients and be accountable for ad revenue growth in close alignment with Sales
  • Partner closely with sales teams and utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements and prioritise solutions to influence the direction of product development for growth of the gaming business

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or above
  • 5+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products, specifically in performance marketing
  • Strong knowledge of mobile gaming, app measurement industry and solutions (SDK, SKAN, 1P/3P app ads attribution, MMP etc.) and experience working on qualitative and quantitative measurement of app performance marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills. Ability to build strong compelling narratives and ability to simplify marketing messaging to resonate with different audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Gaming experience with a technology company, media agency, consulting firm preferred

Compensation

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103,200 - $244,889 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
