Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support our HR operations team in delivering high-quality services to employees across East Asia. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR processes, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives within a multinational environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and offboarding. Support HR operations in maintaining employee data and documentation. Help address employee inquiries through the ticketing system and ensure timely follow-up. Collaborate with HR and payroll teams on time/attendance, leave systems, and benefits-related tasks. Contribute to SOP documentation updates and process standardization. Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and digitalization.
