Position Name: Manager – NPI Work Location: Ahmednagar Educational Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical / Tool Design) Experience: 4- 8 years Key Responsibilities/Deliverables Press Component & Fabrication part Development & Industrialization in all New Products being developed at NPI ASW. Component Industrialization of New product Development which includes CZ SD DC Range, New MCB Area, Phoenix Contactor Development, Turban WD range, VFD. Design for Mfg. (DFM), PFC, PFMEA, Control plan, Component establishment through PPAP methodology, Press Part & Tool Support to Production lines for smooth production completion. System compliance & documentation like SAP Activities, PL, BOM, ISO documentation & NPI Guidelines compliance Functional Competencies : Technical competency in Press, Fabrication part & Tool Development Good knowledge in DFM, PFMEA, Raw materials, stamping process, Press Tool Design Problem Solving Skill by using Statistical Tools Software Skills
