Role Mission The mission of the Prescription Sales Enginer role is to strengthen Schneider Electric’s impact in the industrial automation market by serving as a trusted technical advisor to design firms, consultants, and end‑users.

In this position, you will champion Schneider Electric solutions, design segment‑specific technical proposals, and guide partners through the full lifecycle of industrial projects.

By combining deep technical expertise with close collaboration across sales, tendering, and marketing teams, you will help drive digital transformation, elevate customer experience, and build long‑term partnerships across key industrial sectors.

What will you do: Promoting Schneider Electric solutions and products to the design firms, consultants and end-users for Industrial automation market; Providing technical support for design firms, consultants and end-users related to industrial solutions, software, controllers, field devices; Develop and promote specific technical solutions for each targeted industrial segment ( water, oil&gas, food&bev,etc); Follow the projects in salesforce platform and participate to pipeline review meeting; Collaborate with tendering and sales team for preparing technical offers for industrial automation solutions; Collaborate with marketing department for my Schneider portal in terms of creating content and updating the information related Industrial automation solutions by segment / solution Technical presentation in universities; Account management for direct customers (design firms).

What will make you successful: University degree in Electrical / Automation Engineering; Minimum 3 years technical experience in designing / tendering / implementation industrial software and hardware solutions; Solid knowledge about SE industrial products; Solid Knowledge about communication architecture, industrial automation software/ integration systems;

Experience: with Autocad / Revit software is an advantage; Taking initiatives and having a customer centricity approach; Excellent communication skills; Analytical thinking, detail oriented and well-organized, ability to work; in a matrix organization; B Driving license.
