What will you do?

Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks as welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, mail and courier deliveries Provide support to our employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities Check invoices issued by courier companies based on expedition boundaries and/or requests made by Schneider Electric Receiving/handing over / sending documents/parcels/ messages from and to Schneider Electric employees in the interest of the service Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings and other related administrative documentation Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors where needed Assist in organizing internal meetings, events and training sessions Coordinate employee-related administrative programs and documents Keep the confidentiality of business information and Schneider Electric collaboration relationships.

What qualifications will help you succeed?

Previous experience in a receptionist, office assistant or customer-facing administrative role is an advantage Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude Good level of English (written and spoken) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset Ability to work with deadlines and support colleagues proactively University student or recent graduate (Business, Economics, Administration or related fields preferred).
