What will you do?
The Datacenter Channels Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships in the datacenter industry. This role involves developing and executing channel sales strategies, managing partner relationships, and ensuring alignment with company goals across various sales channels.
Channel Strategy & Development
- Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies tailored to datacenter solutions.
- Identify and onboard high-potential channel partners (VARs, SIs, distributors, e-commerce & retail partners).
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency and market alignment.
Sales Performance & Revenue Growth
- Own and exceed annual sales targets through channel partners.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics; suggest improvements.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Conduct joint sales engagements and co-develop go-to-market strategies.
- Deliver partner enablement programs including training, tools, and resources.
Market & Product Expertise
- Understand datacenter technologies such as UPSs, Racks , PDUs, Cooling & DCIM Software.
- Stay informed on market trends and customers' needs to tailor sales approaches.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in datacenter or IT infrastructure.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a channel-driven environment.

Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and partner incentive programs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Willingness to travel for partner engagement and industry events.
