What will you do?
Assist in building and configuring Walk Me Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, Smart Tips, and validations for enterprise applications (SAP, web portals, etc.).
Help create simple logic‑based workflows, segmentations, and triggers within Walk Me Editor.
Support usability testing and quality checks to ensure solutions are intuitive and error‑free.
Gather and document user feedback to help improve Walk Me experiences.
Help maintain assets, version control, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with global team members to understand requirements and translate them into Walk Me solutions.

Success in this internship comes from: Interest in UX, digital adoption, or front-end technologies.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus but not required).
Curiosity about how digital tools help users navigate complex systems.
Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with global teams.
Attention to detail and a passion for improving user experiences.

Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS; exposure to JavaScript is a bonus.
Interest in digital adoption, UX, or process‑driven technologies.
Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical thinking.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new tools such as Walk Me. *Hybrid scheme. *Location: MTY HUB.
