Call Center Agent:

The Call Center Agent is responsible for providing immediate assistance, guiding and assessing customer needs regarding endorsement procedures, policy status, collections, renewals, reinstatements, online billing, claims follow-up, or any other type of assistance offered for our products.

This position is part of the Mexico Contact Center team, responsible for assisting our customers before and after a claim occurs. Service hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, in accordance with local regulations and AIG guidelines.

In 2024, the General Customer Service Contact Center in Mexico handled approximately 125,000 calls.

The main activities of this agent are:

  • Assisting with claims procedures, guiding the customer through the process.
  • Responds to policy status verification inquiries.
  • Registers, responds to, and provides support for claims and assistance requests.
  • Processes online policy payments.
  • Provides support and guidance regarding renewals.
  • Processes and forwards policy data update requests.
  • Explains the benefits of the product the client is purchasing, including policies, costs, deductibles, etc.
