Main responsibilities.

Manage Brand and Marketing Communication for Lauritz Knudsen Brand Lead creative development for a variety of campaigns to motivate the target audience to “get inspired” and “take action”: Conceptualise campaigns with an end-to-end execution in mind.

Manages all marketing programs around key campaigns, which include social, advertising, print, and promotions.

Strategies and continuously improve the existing campaigns to deliver more.

Drive innovation in communication and execution.

Manage and execute the integrated communication plan based on marketing guidelines and business objectives.

Lead engagement initiatives across markets and personas: digital and physical events, programs, and drive MAU (monthly active users) target achievement.

Manage the offline and online branding activities in rural and metros.

Lead generation through online and offline source mediums; funnel construct and nurturing, and sales enablement and support for enterprise sales' requirements.

Continuously measure and report KPI and ROI of all activities and programs carried out, based on ROI outcome, and drive spend optimisation.

Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights – have experience in managing brand health research for brands and have worked with external agencies.

Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
