As a “Technical Leader,” you manage the technological opportunities within your area of expertise throughout their entire life cycle: you ensure the customer journey, coordinate after-sales support, and govern interactions between the relevant support staff and the customer. For their area of specialization, they are the main point of contact with the relevant marketing departments, sharing know-how with colleagues and fostering an effective and ongoing network. They work proactively with sales engineers to build ongoing relationships with customers, stimulate new opportunities, and acquire new customers.
