Based at our Civitanova production site (ICA – Wood Coatings), we are looking for a passionate and driven Production Engineer to strengthen our operations. In this role, you will not only oversee production processes but also play a key part in lean improvement projects and contribute to the standardization of workflows, ensuring efficiency and excellence across the board.

  • Engineering degree (preferably Management, Industrial or Mechanical)

  • 2-3 year’s experience in similar role, in structured production environments oriented towards continuous improvement

  • Knowledge of Lean methodologies and data analysis tools

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and digital reporting tools

  • An effective communicator across all departments.

  • A hands on approach and ‘can do’ attitude.

  • Team player, Approachable and strong customer focus, internally and externally.

  • Italian/English

  • Support the Production Manager in planning and monitoring production activities,

  • Collaborate with the team to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement,

  • Actively participate in Lean projects and optimization of production flows,

  • Contribute to the standardization of processes and the drafting of operating procedures,

  • Facilitate communication between departments for effective priority management,

  • Monitor KPIs and propose corrective actions in synergy with the team,

  • Performs other duties as assigned,
