Technical Support Specialist – Denmark As a Technical Support Specialist within Building Management Systems, you will be on the front line delivering outstanding technical support and solving technical issues for our technicians and Eco Xpert partners.
If you are interested in knowledge sharing, the role can also include leading product training sessions for internal and external participants.
Additionally, you will create helpful resources such as FAQ articles.
Key Responsibilities Handle and respond to technical inquiries, cases, and issues via phone or email.
Identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems by applying your technical knowledge and using available resources and tools.
Document cases and solutions to build a knowledge base and facilitate future support for both technician partners and customers.
Manage and escalate cases that require further technical expertise or collaboration with other internal departments.
Collaborate with colleagues and teams to ensure cases are resolved efficiently and within a reasonable timeframe.
Understand customer needs and create high customer satisfaction by contributing to low response times, quick problem resolution, and effective communication.
Requirements:
Education: Trained electrician, automation technician, or other technical background.
Language Requirements Full working proficiency in Danish.
Basic skills in English.
Experience: Experience in programming and commissioning Building Automation Systems for example, Eco Struxure Building Operation (EBO).
Ability to identify, analyze, and solve technical problems by applying technical knowledge.
Experience: of our products and integration solutions is seen as an advantage.
Skills Technical expertise and ability to collaborate with other internal departments.
Strong ability to work with colleagues and teams to ensure cases are resolved efficiently and within a reasonable timeframe.
Ability to structure your day and tasks to solve them in the most effective way.
