Responsibilities

  • Lead technical and commercial reviews for LV/MV tender packages, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance.
  • Analyse client specifications and prepare key data inputs to prepare/support proposal documents.
  • Drive departmental efficiency by launching process-improvement initiatives and adopting modern tools and best practices.
  • Implement end-to-end standardisation of tender deliverables (Deviations, Clarifications, Feeder Lists, MBOMs, Make Lists, Datasheets, System Architecture, Cost Sheets) to reduce turnaround time.
  • Prepare Order Loss Analysis reports for major bids and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to manage submission timelines and respond swiftly to urgent domestic and export enquiries.
