The Role:

Manufacturing Change Order Engineer What will you do?

The Manufacturing Change Order Engineer ensures that product changes through Change Notices (CN) will be properly executed/implemented in the factory with minimum to no cost exposures.

The Manufacturing Change Order Engineer will do the collaboration and coordination with different departments involved (Line of Business, Procurement, supply chain planning, factory cross-functional team (CFT), qualification engineering, finance, and logistics) and will be accountable in the execution of the change.

Reviews CNs and prepare needed documentations prior passing down to the factory.

Identify and form cross-functional teams needed for each CN.

Conduct meetings for each CN on implementation readiness.

Represents the factory during Line of Business meetings.

Update Product Data Management (PDM) for post execution of CN.

Represent MCO in Component EOL and Resilience meetings and provide update on assigned actions.

Provides weekly and monthly report on CN progress to stakeholders.

Do necessary BOM set-up in Oracle prior CN implementation.

Resolve BOM set-up issues in Oracle that is within his/her responsibility.

Represents the factory when welcoming new product introduction.

Leads BOM correction meetings.

What qualifications will make you successful?

Bachelor of Science Graduate of any Engineering courses.

Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical is a plus.

Project management training or practitioner (PMP, Agile, Change Management) is a plus. A minimum of 5-year experience gained in an electronics manufacturing environment with PCB assembly and final assembly set-up.

Strong project management skill in doing prioritization of multiple projects/programs and forming a support team.

Excellent in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience: in Oracle and SAP is a plus.
