The Opportunity

Allegro is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Operator to join our team in the Philippines. In this essential role, you will be the guardian of our product integrity, ensuring that every material and component entering our facility meets Allegro's world-class quality and ESD standards. You will play a vital part in our incoming inspection process, collaborating closely with Quality Supervisors and using advanced measurement tools to validate parts. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured manufacturing environment and is passionate about precision and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

• Perform Precision Inspections: Conduct mechanical and visual inspections on product samples in strict accordance with specifications (SPE-0000413 and SPE-0000492).

• Ensure ESD Compliance: Use surface resistivity meters to perform tube checking, ensuring all materials conform to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safety requirements.

• Maintain Detailed Documentation: Accurately record all inspection results in the Incoming Inspection and Tube Check Monitoring log-sheets. You will also scan and save stamped packing lists or pick slips for reporting and traceability.

• Validate & Report Rejects: Verify rejects at the CI Inline Manual Visual Inspection (MVI) with photographic evidence. For any sub-contractor lot failures, you will prepare and email formal reports to the Quality Supervisor.

• Manage RMA Processes: Receive and validate actual quantities for Return Material Authorizations (RMA), create necessary labels, and perform system transactions in eRMA and the RMA Control App.

• Support Technical Upkeep: Perform basic troubleshooting of ESD equipment and manage spare parts measurement and handling.

• Commit to Continuous Learning: Attend semi-annual refresher training to maintain your inspection certification and stay updated on the latest quality requirements.

What Will You Bring?

• An incoming 3rd-year College student or a graduate of any 2-year course.

• Preferably, at least one (1) year of experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
