We're hiring a Corporate Communications Specialist to join our Pacific Zone Marketing Communications team . This role blends internal communications and external brand storytelling , with the balance shifting based on business needs. You'll be someone who thrives in that dynamic-who sees communications as the red thread that connects people, purpose, and performance.

What You'll Do Internal Communications

  • Develop and deliver internal communication strategies aligned with business goals and company culture
  • Write and edit newsletters, leadership messages, announcements, and intranet content
  • Create and edit multimedia content like pictures, infographics, animations and videos
  • Test and learn new approaches, measuring impact and rolling out successful strategies. Experiment with new tools and platforms, like Gen-AI developed content, and design or video editing with Canva.
  • Work with internal subject matter experts to develop narratives, stories, and messaging that bring key topics and thought leadership to life
  • Support management of internal events like company all hands meetings
  • Partner with HR, leaders, and cross-functional teams to support change, engagement, and culture-building initiatives
  • Manage internal channels: Viva Engage, Share Point, Microsoft Teams, email platforms, digital signage
  • Measure effectiveness and continuously improve communication outcomes

External Communications

  • Assist with press releases, media statements, and briefing documents
  • Support social media content planning and deployment
  • Contribute to media monitoring, reporting, and PR campaign coordination
  • Ensure alignment between internal messaging and external brand voice

Who You Are
You're a confident communicator with a strong foundation in internal communications , content strategy , and digital tools . You know how to turn ideas into clear, engaging messages-and you're always looking for smarter ways to connect.

  • Experience in corporate communications , employee engagement , or internal comms
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Comfort with multimedia tools, with interest in video ideation, creation, and editing
  • C uriosity to learn about the business, and find and spotlight relevant stories that bring our company mission and priorities to life
  • Familiarity with digital communication platforms: Viva Engage, Share Point, Teams, email tools
  • Interest in using AI tools and automation to enhance content creation and efficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content
  • C omfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
  • S trong organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • D esire to push boundaries, experiment, and come up with new and improved ways of doing things
  • Collaborative mindset and confidence working across marketing, HR, and leadership teams
  • Exposure to social media platforms , PR tools , and content strategy is a plus
