In this role, Warehouse Operations Employee is responsible for executing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate, safe, and efficient handling of goods.

This role supports the full logistics flow, including inbound receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.

The position requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to operational procedures and safety standards.

What will you do: Inbound Operations · Receive incoming shipments and verify product quantities, quality, and documentation (delivery notes, purchase orders, etc.). · Unload trucks using manual handling equipment or forklift/pallet truck (if certified). · Label, sort, and register incoming goods in the Warehouse Management System (SAP WMS). · Store materials in the correct warehouse locations following FIFO. · Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.

Warehouse Operations · Perform picking, packing, and staging of orders according to daily operational plans. · Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper handling and recording of stock movements. · Participate in regular stock counts and cycle counts. · Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with 5S principles. · Ensure adherence to safety procedures and the proper use of equipment.

Outbound Operations · Prepare and pack outbound orders according to customer requirements. · Load trucks safely and accurately, ensuring proper documentation accompanies each shipment. · Coordinate with drivers and logistics partners during loading and dispatch. · Ensure all outbound goods are scanned and recorded correctly in the SAP WMS.

What will make you successful: Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet trucks, forklifts—license is an advantage).

Computer skills; experience with SAP WMS is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to lift and move materials safely.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily operational deadlines.

Working Conditions: Warehouse environment with physical activity (lifting, standing, walking).

Shift work may be required depending on operational needs.

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
