To realize our vision, we are looking for a Data Offering Specialist. (Contract 12 Months)

Core assignments
Develop new data offerings and enhancements to existing offerings, ensuring they meet market needs, quality standards and regulatory requirements

Manage offering development projects from concept to launch:

• Develop and implement a robust data transformation strategy for existing data sources.

• Coordinate team members to create efficient and scalable ETL pipelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and successful implementation of data solutions.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure offering alignment with business objectives. Create and maintain relevant offering documentation (ex.: specifications, SOPs etc.) as well as supporting material to promote the offering.

• Main profile description (skills, knowledge, and characteristics)

• At least 3 years of experience in data management role, within well-structured and international companies

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred

• Strong project management skills

• Proven experience in managing and leading a high-performing data engineering team

• Expertise in working with various types of databases, data modeling, and data transformation tools

• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and best practices in data management

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels

• Proven ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in data engineering processes and technologies

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

• Focus on the detail

• Proficiency both in Greek and English
