We are currently seeking Senior/experience/Junior Electromechanics Engineer to join our Energy R&D MVP team. This position will base in Shanghai Zhangjiang office. Energy R&D MVP team is responsible for MV secondary products and project development and maintenance. This position will report to the technical manager. The full scope of his/her responsibility includes all Electromechanics engineering activities needed to sustain and support development new project and maintenance project.

1. Find alternative solutions in accordance with the whole project objectives: Considering requirement and constrains from Marketing, industrial , quality etc.

2. Be in charge of giving a detailed definition of the product. Solving key technical issue in project phase.

3. Ensure to provide the right quality level of technical deliverables at each project development phase. such as technical specification, 2D,3D drawing, BOM, solution simulation report etc. Assist the plant when mass production starts.

4. Working with quality and Global Supplier Chain for quality issue solvement and cost reduction.

5. Define product and component verification plan and validation plan and monitor verification/validation result.

6. Understand project management process and project risk management, provide support and quick technical action to response project needs.

7. Ensure new development products comply with relevant safety & environmental impact regulation and relevant standard requirement, such as GB, DL,SGCC , IEC etc.

资格
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:

1.Bachelor's or above degree in Mechanical or Electromechanics Engineering, with at least 3 years MV/LV/HV switchgear/CB design experience.

2.Skilled in using Creo 2, PDM software, office software.

3.Rich experience working with cross-functional team and supplier.

4.Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

5.Demonstrated ability in problem solving.

6.Fluent in written English, oral is preferred

7.Highly organized, with proven ability in the delivery of multiple tasks simultaneously, working within strict time constraints. Would be expected to take a pro-active approach to identify project risk and deliver high quality products.
