Application Co-Engineering Rapid Prototyping: Build "Proof of Concept" (POC) applications for mission-critical segments (Hoisting, Packaging, Water, MMM).
Architecture Optimization: Conduct design audits to ensure customer projects are scalable, cyber-secure (62443-SL2), and follow "Universal Automation" best practices.
Library Development: Create and validate HW/SW CATs (Composite Automation Types) that simplify complexity for the end-user.
Workforce Enablement Success Storytelling: Don't just finish a project—document it.
Create white papers and case studies that turn a single win into a repeatable global solution.
Community Engagement: Represent Schneider Electric in industry forums and open automation groups to drive the "Universal Automation" movement.
What qualifications will make you successfull?
