Manufacturing Supervisor
Manufacturing Supervisor We are looking for a proactive and people‑focused Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production teams in a modern manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations on the shop floor, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality production. You will coordinate people, machines and materials to meet customer expectations, while also driving continuous improvement and supporting the professional development of your team. What You Will Do Lead and coordinate daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost targets. Plan and organize work based on the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and customer priorities. Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and maintain a clean, organized workplace through 5S practices. Monitor product quality, support root cause analysis for issues, and implement corrective actions. Guide, motivate and develop production team members; organize training and maintain skill versatility. Communicate daily results and issues through structured team meetings (daily operational reviews). Cooperate with internal departments such as Quality, Maintenance, Technical Support, Warehouse and Production Planning. Participate in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing activities (e.g., waste reduction, process optimization). Maintain accurate production documentation and data reporting (e.g., scrap, downtime, training records). What We Expect From You Engineering degree or relevant manufacturing experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment, including leadership responsibility. Good understanding of manufacturing processes, Lean principles and problem‑solving methods. Experience working with ERP systems and strong computer literacy. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams. English & Hungarian language skills.
