Senior Global Mobility Lead:
Job Description Summary
The Senior Global Mobility Lead oversees and directs all facets of international employee assignments and transfers, ensuring adherence to global regulations and alignment with organizational objectives. This position is responsible for formulating and executing global mobility policies, managing relationships with external vendors, and guiding managers and employees throughout the relocation process.Additionally, the role supports all US domestic relocations by collaborating with business units to establish policy guidelines, oversee vendor management, and coordinate ongoing moves.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire lifecycle of international assignments, including policy formulation, assignment planning with financial projections, relocation logistics, and repatriation processes.

Provide guidance to business leaders and People Partners on mobility solutions that effectively balance organizational goals, regulatory compliance, and employee experience. Ensure adherence to global tax, immigration, social security, and labor laws.

Liaise with external vendors for relocation, tax, and immigration services to ensure seamless support.

Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions and produce resources for employees and managers regarding international assignment protocols.

Monitor, assess, and enhance the effectiveness of mobility programs, recommending strategic improvements where necessary.

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all mobility-related activities.

Support global talent management initiatives by facilitating cross-border transfers.

Manage the end-to-end process for U.S. domestic relocations, covering policy development, vendor coordination, and complete move management.
Job Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related discipline.

Minimum of ten years’ experience in global mobility, expatriate management, or international human resources.

Comprehensive understanding of global tax, immigration, and labor regulations.

Proven track record in managing vendor relationships.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management abilities.

Capable of collaborating across functions and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Experience working within a large and diverse organization.

Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and effective decision-making.

High level of cross-cultural sensitivity and awareness.
