As a Web Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for helping optimize SAP's digital web properties.

What you’ll build-

You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing Adobe Analytics and Launch for web and mobile applications, translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experiences and drive data-driven decisions.

Implementation & Configuration:

Collaborate with marketing, product, UX/UI, and development teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Design and implement custom technical solutions for web and mobile properties.

Ensure accurate data collection and reporting by implementing and configuring Adobe Analytics solutions.

Troubleshoot issues and resolve data discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.

Proactively address issues with data quality and tag implementation.

Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of analytics concepts, including KPI definition, attribution modeling, and customer journey analysis.

What you bring-

Key skills include proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch, expertise in JavaScript, HTML, data modelling, and experience with troubleshooting and data analysis.

Several years of hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics implementation and customization, particularly using Adobe Launch for web and mobile.

Expertise in web technologies, including advanced JavaScript. Strong understanding of the Document Object Model (DOM) and web protocols.

Experience with APIs for data collection and reporting.

Relevant Adobe certifications (Adobe Certified Expert) or Adobe Analytics Developer certifications are preferred.

Familiarity with Adobe Target, AEP, and Customer Journey Analytics
