About the Team
We’re looking for a dynamic Category Data & Strategy Analyst to shape the future of our product categories in a fast-paced, international environment. In this role, you’ll drive insights on sales, margins and profitability, develop strategic dashboards, and support global decision-making for both IAM and OES markets. You’ll collaborate across regions, leverage advanced tools like SAP and Power BI, and contribute to the creation of our Global Category Book. If you have strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and proven international experience, this is your chance to make an impact in a truly global setting.
What you can look forward to as Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d):

Provide data analytics on sales, margin and profitability, including subsequent business recommendations to create necessary dashboards and visibility on the category performance and performance improvement opportunities. Structure market potential information for decision making

Compile information from strategic pricing and market feedbacks to define future category and subcategory position. Provide and align necessary data for Business Case calculations

Provide basic data to decide for the necessary strategic direction regarding global category position for Independent Aftermarket (IAM) and Original Equipment Supplies (OES)

Supports the creation of the Global Category Book by collecting and processing data from Market Intelligence, the regions and internal transaction data from various ERP systems and Microsoft Power BI. Runs accountable subtasks within the Category Book workstreams.

Develop standard analysis dashboards for continuous monitoring and steering of Product Category development
Your Profile as Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d):

University degree, >5 years experience

ERP & reporting tools extensive knowledge and experience : SAP; PBI; AI
-
Office pack full proficiency, especially Excel
-
MS Access or basic programing is a plus
-
Data mining experience
-
Proven international exposure
-
Fluent in English

Strong analytical skills

Monthly wage from 2 446 € (including basic wage component , bonuses and premiums). The salary depends on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
