What you bring Educational and experience requirements Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an advantage. 7+ years of related professional experience in software development Knowledge in Java/Springboot, microservice-based product design, architecture and development At least 2 years of experience in product management Experience with SAP BTP, having hands-on BTP experience, is a great value add. Demonstrable experience in managing AI or related technology projects. Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. A team-oriented and collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in team environments, contributing positively to shared goals and fostering a culture of cooperation and innovation. Preferred Passion for technology and interest in the domains of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and cloud native services Having very good domain expertise of Joule and similar digital assistants will be a plus.
