PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

• Global Delivery Hub Americas SCM within SAP Customer Engagement & Adoption provides expertise in applications and technology areas to deliver amazing customer experience by bringing competence in what we do, commitment in how we deliver and character in how we lead.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• As Senior Business Consultant for SCM Solutions, you will analyze functionalities like SAP Advanced ATP of our global customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. You have the chance to design and optimize complex IT landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses. Your area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis and introduction of best practices for operations at complex Process Industries

• As our customers are global players and communication with our colleagues all over the world is daily business, very good English language skills are a must.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 5+ years of SAP Consulting experience with hands on experience implementing / configuring SAP Advanced ATP in S/4HANA Systems.

• Deep functional knowledge of aATP concepts: product availability check, rule-based ATP, product allocation (PDC), backorder processing (BOP), substitution logic, release-to-delivery, confirmation categories and schedule line processing.

• Strong experience with SAP SD (Sales Order Process), MM (Procurement), and how ATP integrates with PP/Planning, SAP TM and EWM.

• Formal SAP certification in a related application area is a plus

• ABAP development and debugging skills a plus

• Analyze highly complex business processes including root cause analysis and optimization in heterogeneous system landscapes.

• Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.

• Analyze design and implementation approaches in the solution areas mentioned above.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or Business Information Systems/Computer.

• You are willing to travel worldwide (30%)

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

• You enjoy working in an international team

• You have passion for technology and architecture knowledge about SAP SCM Solutions
