Solution Advisor Manager (f/m/d) Sales Engineering MEE at Walk Me, you will lead a team of Solution Advisors supporting the DACH sales organization. Reporting to the Director of Solution Advisory, you will be responsible for enabling your team to deliver compelling technical demonstrations, support customer engagements and act as trusted advisors to our prospects and customers. Your focus will be on coaching, mentoring, and operational execution to ensure the success of your team and the broader sales efforts in the region.
What you’ll build:

Lead and mentor a team of Solution Advisors across the MEE region, fostering professional growth and excellence.

Partner with Account Executives to design tailored demonstrations that showcase Walk Me’s value.

Ensure consistent delivery of effective, value-based demos and proof-of-value engagements.

Establish a strong feedback loop between customers and product teams to shape product priorities.

Drive adoption of consistent sales methodologies (e.g., Value Selling, Challenger Sale).

Support recruiting efforts and onboarding of new team members.
-
Track and report team performance against defined goals and regional sales targets.
What you bring:

5-7 years of experience in the software/SaaS industry, including 2-3 years in a presales leadership or senior presales role.

Strong background in enterprise software presales, ideally within B2B SaaS.
-
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop presales professionals.
-
Strong presentation and communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
-
Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies.
-
Proven ability to thrive in a remote-first, international environment.

Fluent in German and English language

Solid organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
