#Great Minds Don't Think Alike At Uber, we take pride in our diversity and working environment that sees you as more than just a person that can do the job, but a unique individual that can level up our organization with a perspective only you can offer. Uber provides a truly open culture that encourages all to voice their thoughts.

About the Team:

Uber Advertising's vision is to offer the most marketplace-centric advertising to connect Uber's platform users (eaters, riders, and earners) with advertisers. Uber Advertising's platform brings together location based and shopping data with closed loop attribution across its mobility and delivery channels for performance and brand campaigns, enabling advertisers to engage with our consumers through the entire marketing funnel - from awareness through purchase to loyalty and advocacy for Uber users.

About the Role:

The Agency Team focuses on enabling and empowering agencies to excel across Uber Advertising's platform in service to our mutual advertisers. You will have direct input and impact, both internally and externally as we set, achieve, and surpass goals for the business.

In this role, you will support the Agency Team operationally as we continue to mature our practice and accelerate our presence across ANZ agencies. You will play a key role in establishing Uber Advertising as an indispensable agency partner, contributing to long term partnerships, and operating as a cross functional partner across product, operations, sales, marketing, and measurement to execute the Agency Team's go to market strategy.

Your impact in role:

  • Build deep product expertise across Uber Advertising solutions to enable agencies to deliver best in class outcomes for advertisers

  • Support the development and execution of scaled agency initiatives including education, training, events, communications, and office hours

  • Establish and maintain processes for revenue tracking, performance measurement, and attainment across agency partnerships

  • Contribute to agency focused narratives, content, and go to market materials, including playbooks and partnership frameworks

  • Support joint business plans and agency partnerships, including internal coordination around deal points and execution

  • Partner closely on ANZ agency events and trade marketing activity, working with the Head of Agency and Trade Marketing leads

  • Apply critical thinking and creative problem solving to navigate agency relationships and unblock challenges

  • Support revenue generation initiatives while operating with flexibility and ownership in a fast growing business

The experience you'll bring:

  • Experience in agency or platform or publisher environments across sales, product marketing, or related roles
  • Proven track record supporting or operating within a multi million dollar advertising or media business
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, with experience working across agencies and cross functional teams
  • Excellent account, project, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environments
  • Digital product fluency, ideally with exposure to agency planning and buying tools
  • Comfortable working with data to understand performance and derive insight
  • Trust builder with a collaborative mindset, strong values alignment, and energy for both operational work and in market engagement

Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better. Here, bold ideas create real-world impact, challenges drive growth, and speed fuelds progress. What moves us, moves the world - let's move it forward, together.

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office. For certain roles, such as those based at green-light hubs, employees are expected to be in-office for 100% of their time. Please speak with your recruiter to better understand in-office expectations for this role.
