Role and Responsibilities:
About the position
This role sits within the Project Operations team in Business Operations, a critical team responsible for managing wider transformation projects across the **European Service Business Organisation (ESBO)**that include our Gen AI and automation initiatives. The function plays a key role in embedding new AI-driven tools and processes across commercial, operational, and onboarding workflows to drive business growth.
Your key Responsibilities
Gen
AI & Automation Delivery & Execution:
-
Manage small project teams or pods delivering discrete transformation initiatives across ESBO – examples includes program managing new products and expansion in new geographies.
-
Support the execution of ESBO’s GenAI and automation roadmap, translating defined priorities into concrete initiatives, pilots, and deployments.
-
Lead delivery of specific AI and automation workstreams across Europe, from requirements gathering through implementation, go-live, and early adoption.
Operational Automation & Process Improvement:
-
Drive automation and optimisation of our commercial enablement processes (across CRM, revenue intelligence and internal tools), working closely with the team’s Senior Manager.

Analyse existing ESBO workflows to identify opportunities for standardisation, simplification, and AI-enabled decision support.

Ensure new tools and processes are embedded into BAU operations, including documentation, training materials, and performance tracking.
Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with ESBO leadership, Business Development, Product, Finance, Legal, and Regional teams to deliver agreed transformation initiatives.

Translate business requirements into clear functional and operational needs for AI and automation solutions.

Prepare updates on progress, risks, and outcomes for the Senior Manager, supporting senior-level readouts and decision-making.
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising or Marketing field with experience in project managing company-wide transformation programs
-
Strong understanding of GenAI, automation technologies, and enterprise SaaS tools, with the ability to translate capability into business outcomes.
-
Strong understanding of digital media, advertising and the consumer electronics space
-
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability, able to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment.
-
Advanced proficiency in operational tooling and systems (Salesforce, MS Office, Airtable etc.)
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Defined GenAI and automation initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard, with clear scope, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

AI tools and automated workflows owned by this role are live, embedded into day-to-day operations, and showing early indicators of adoption and impact.

Onboarding and commercial enablement processes within assigned workstreams are simpler, faster, and less manual, contributing to improved deal velocity.

Stakeholders experience this role as a reliable delivery partner who translates requirements into execution and follows through to results.

Risks, dependencies, and delivery issues are proactively identified, managed, and escalated with clear recommendations.

Project teams operate with clarity, pace, and accountability, able to deliver multiple initiatives in parallel under clear prioritisation.

Progress, metrics, and lessons learned are clearly communicated, enabling the Senior Manager to drive senior-level alignment and decision-making.
