Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, collaborative, and articulate Senior Analyst to join our** GTM Planning Applications team**. In this role, you'll combine business analysis, data-driven insights, and systems expertise to influence the strategic roadmap of Salesforce's Sales Distribution organization. With high executive visibility, this is an opportunity to shape how Salesforce scales and operates at a global level.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to align application roadmaps with Salesforce's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and system architecture to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver high-visibility insights and recommendations to the SVP of Sales Distribution and other senior stakeholders.
  • Provide operational support to GTM planning processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, IT, and other teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Create clear, compelling presentations that translate technical analysis into actionable business recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or strategy roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex business problems into data-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; ability to synthesize findings into clear narratives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior executives.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and the ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Operations, GTM strategy, or management consulting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce systems, GTM planning tools, or large-scale business applications.
  • SQL or data visualization skills (Tableau, Einstein Analytics, or similar).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect operational analysis to organizational strategy.
  • Experience working in global or highly cross-functional environments.
